The mission of Pinestone Broadcasting is to meet the needs and reflect the interests of our various audiences within Lake County. We will do this by:
- Providing quality educational and cultural television and related resources;
- Creating Lake County-based programs and resources;
- Establishing and maintaining countywide industry-standard delivery systems to provide television and other media to Lake County homes and schools;
- Providing learning opportunities and fostering participation and collaboration in educational and civic activities; and
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talented and motivated staff and volunteers who are committed to accomplishing the shared vision of Pinestone Broadcasting.
Pinestone Broadcasting (PSB) is a countywide broadcast telecommunication system and new media provider.
PSB will produce a number of on-going series including Lake County Reports(coverage of the Lake County Legislature), Lake Depths of Humanity (weekly non-profit organization affairs program), Focus Future, Now (educational subject matter and student activity program), Expedition Covert Entrée (Restaurant and cuisine review and advertisement program), Casting Clearlake (Clearlake fishing and lakeshore buisness review and advertisement program), Lake County On The Road (Lake County wineries and natural tourist attraction review and advertisement program) and Extreme Resort Makeover (Programming coverage of the renovation of Hoberg’s Resort & Spa).
